     $125.00 per night (Summer).  $99.00 per night (Winter)

     Rates are based on double occupancy, includes a delicious Hot Breakfast or

     Continental Breakfast, your choice!.

     Extra guests up to a maximum 4 (inquire):

     $15.00 per child (Children under 14 years old)

     $50.00 (14 years old and up)

    Please include the following information:

  We accept: Cash, Travelers cheques, Mastercard & Visa.

    We will require a credit card number with expiry date to guarantee your  reservation.

    We will require a 1 night deposit with your reservation.

    Check in time between 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (please advise for an early check in).

    Check out time 10:00 am.

     Cancellation Policy

    Full refund minus a service charge of $30.00 if cancelled 30 or more days before     arrival date.

    No Refund if cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date.

    No pets allowed.
